Centrepointe Theatres

Subscription sales + membership acquisition

“There were many positives about working with PassionArts Teleservices, but in the end it is the sales that tell the story. Ottawa Theatres were very pleased with the results of both tickets sold and the number of new members recruited. PassionArts more than doubled our membership base.

“Working with PassionArts was easy. Thomas and his team were pleasant to work with and always professional. From the pitch to the final summary, the entire process was documented and tracked, making it convenient for our staff to monitor progress and measure results. Thank you for making the experience such a pleasant one. We look forward to working with you again.”

About this client

Centrepointe Theatres opened its doors on May 3, 1988. Since its inception, it has been a platform for the expression of great national and international artists performing to large audiences. In 2010 a 199-seat studio was added to accommodate growing audiences. With the expansion, Centrepointe Theatre became Centrepointe Theatres and is now projected to receive a Silver level Leadership in Energy Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Centrepointe Theatres is home to the Centrepointe Theatre Volunteer Company (CTVC), who work to create linkages between professional theatre staff and artists within the community. The CTVC is an integral part of the Theatre, grounding their status within the community and donating services worth over $1.5 million since 1988.
